If the package cannot fit through your letter box and no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local post office for collection by you within a prescribed number of days.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be borne by you: we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the Republic of Ireland.

Due to the delicate nature of most products on our site, things like rough skin, nails, jewelry, watches, zips and velcro can affect their longevity and durability, and neither us or manufactures have control on how you handle, put on, wear, take off or wash such products.

      Items must be returned unused, in original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product to another customer as new. All products will be inspected on return – those that do not comply with the provisions above will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

      Pack your item(s) along with your order number and send to: DressMyLegs, 2 Tullawaltra, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan, A82T3Y5.

      All returns must be sent postage paid. However, if we had sent you the wrong item, your returns postage will be refunded.

      If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, you'll need to place an order for the new item and send the unwanted item back to us for a refund.

      We do not refund the delivery cost charged on your order, unless you have received a wrong item. If your returned item(s) reduce the value of your order to below our freepost rate, you will be charged our standard delivery charge from the refund amount. 

      If the package is returned to your local post office, and collection by you is not arranged, if you refuse the package or provide incorrect/incomplete address, DressMyLegs will be held responsible for original shipping costs outlined above, and so your order refund (if applicable) will be minus the original shipping costs charged to you or incurred by us, and the administration fee equivalent to 10% of the order value for handling your order.

      I carefully opened the package….there were pulls not tears. They are so beautiful in design. I thought just what would work, on days where hosiery is appropriate or cool , but I didn’t want to wear a full leg of coverage. I have only worn 1 Time Concerned what might happen on wear 2

      Yellow socks

      I think you have to remove the phoyo of the yellow socks as it is misleading. I really realty wanted these in yellow which you don't stock.
