          Any defects in the products must be notified to us before you try on or wear them. Due to the delicate nature of most products on our site, things like rough skin, nails, jewelry, watches, zips and velcro can affect their longevity and durability, and neither us or manufactures have control on how you handle, put on, wear, take off or wash such products.

          Items must be returned unused, in original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product to another customer as new. All products will be inspected on return – those that do not comply with the provisions above will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

          All returns must be sent postage paid. However, if we had sent you the wrong item, your returns postage will be refunded.

          We do not refund the delivery cost charged on your order, unless you have received a wrong item. If your returned item(s) reduce the value of your order to below our freepost rate, you will be charged our standard delivery charge from the refund amount.

          Disappointed by the new base tights

          I know this brand for long, and they more or less recently changed the base tights. I must say that I prefer the old one. It was softer, silkier, and had no visible toes nor visible panty. Also new one is slightly darker. The only advantage of the new one is that is seems stronger…

          Also I must say that I’m a bit disappointed by the commercial policy of the shop, I said I was about to do a big order and looked for a mass discount, they offered the 10% welcome. Now, just for this review I’m offered 15%. The problem is that with the volume I ordered, I won’t place any new order soon…

          Thank you for your honest feedback - it's very helpful for us and the brand itself (we'll share your review of the product with them but our understanding is that the manufacturer of the original base has closed down after Covid).           Thanks I received them today. These are the best fitting tights I ever wore. I have tried a lot of man/woman hosiery. The price is awesome too.
