Subject to the items being in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays both in Ireland and your destination country.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order.
All orders are sent in plain un-branded packaging. On rare occasions, we may send out larger orders or those containing gift-boxed items in manufacturer-branded boxes, so if plain packaging is of importance to you, please include a note when placing your order.
Unfortunately now and then delivery can take a little longer than expected and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date for your order. If you are ordering items for a special event, audition or show, please allow sufficient time to avoid disappointment. DressMyLegs cannot be held responsible for late deliveries and no refunds will be paid for same.
If the package cannot fit through your letter box and no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local post office for delivery at a later date or collection by you within a prescribed number of days (depending on your local post office rules).
If collection is not arranged, if you refuse the package or provide incorrect/incomplete address, DressMyLegs will be held responsible for original shipping costs outlined above, and so your order refund (if applicable) will be minus the original shipping costs charged (or standard shipping fee if you qualified for free delivery) and the administration fee equivalent to 10% of the order value for handling your order.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be, so it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods and their value, and some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.
BFPO orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered to their final destination. To make sure that your order arrives safely, please ensure you enter delivery address details as follows:
- Title: enter the rank and service number
- First name / Last name: enter the full name
- Address: enter the company, regiment, location and country
- Country: always select United Kingdom
- Postcode: enter the BFPO number (e.g., BFPO 123)
