Unfortunately now and then delivery can take a little longer than expected. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or be held responsible for late deliveries. If you are ordering items for a special event, audition or show, please allow sufficient time to avoid disappointment.Β
If the package cannot fit through your letter box and no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local post office for collection by you within a prescribed number of days.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be borne by you: we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be.
